Ms Choy is a scientist who completed her bachelor’s degree in Medical Science at the University of New South Wales.

She has been working as an upper airway Scientist for over 3 years at a tertiary rhinology practice and is an active researcher at the Rhinology & Skull Base Research Group, with program head, Prof Richard Harvey, at St Vincent's Centre for Applied Medical.

Ms Choy assists in the supervision of undergraduate medical students and collaborates in projects conducted by post graduate UNSW, Macquarie and University of Sydney candidates, as well as medical researchers at various professional levels. She has co-authored 6+ peer reviewed publications.
